In keeping with the Plan of Action of the American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2017-2021) approved at the 47th Regular Session of the General Assembly in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico in June 2017, this virtual exhibition is intended to promote knowledge, understanding, and respect for the rights of indigenous peoples and recognize the value of their contributions in different fields.
